We bought one of these several months ago. We finally tried it last night with a Disana wool cover. It worked GREAT. So, I am back for a few more!

I am obsessed with these diapers. I have a heavy wetter, and these are my favorite diapers for naps (haven’t been brave enough to try overnight yet). They are SO soft. Seriously, I put my face up to them (when they’re clean!) because they’re, like, *snuggly.* And they’re remarkably trim for how absorbent they are. I use them with the regular diaper cover, which keeps the whole thing in easily. (I also tried Workhorse fitteds, but they’re bulkier and harder to fit under the cover and also not as absorbent.) From Thirsties I also use the hemp prefold with a cotton doubler, a combo that’s not quite as trim or as absorbent. But that diaper feels so packed and rigid it doesn’t seem comfortable—plus the prefolds bunch up between the legs. The fitted is so nice for a heavy wetter because it’s contoured to the baby’s body and stays soft and pliable. The only downside is the fitted takes the longest to dry in the dryer. If you have enough of them in rotation you can air dry for the last stretch to cut down on dryer time.

I'm quite dissatisfied with the lifespan of these diapers. The function of the diapers is excellent. We rarely get leaks. But I've used them for six months and they've already developed significant holes along the elastic. I followed the recommended care instructions, but unbeknownst to me (and from what I can tell it's not noted anywhere), Country Save powdered detergent can be harsh on the natural bamboo rayon. So, here I invested quite a bit of money into these diapers and I'm not sure they'll even last me to the break even point of buying disposable diapers. Very unfortunate.

These fitteds are my go to nighttime solution. My LO wears them for 12+ hours overnight and I've never had a leak. His skin looks great too! I pair with the duo wrap and love them.
