Natural Newborn All In One
Our organic cotton & hemp one-piece diaper for newborns

My daughter is 8 weeks old and we’ve used several different brands of cloth diapers for her throughout her newborn phase— Imagine, Thirsties Newborn AIO, Thirsties Natural AIO, Grovia, and Little Joey. The Thirsties, both kinds, have been the most reliable and the best fit for our baby through the entire time. All the other ones have fit and worked well at some point along the way, but not consistently. I am really impressed with these and very thankful they’re made in the USA.

I purchased one of these used and then saw lots of good reviews of them, so I purchased a handful new. The quality is great and they fit my baby (6lbs, 10oz at birth) well on the small setting, and they still fit her (4 weeks old) on the larger setting. However, of all the newborn diapers that I have (5 different kinds) these have leaked quite a bit, even after being washed well over 10 times (for maximum absorbency). My baby girl seems quite average on how much she pees and poops, so I was a little disappointed with how much they have leaked. But other than that, the fit is good for a small baby and the quality of the Thirsties diapers are superb. (I'm also leaving a review on the newborn all in one. See there for a comparison.)

These are my favorite newborn all in ones! Always the first ones I grab. My babe was 9lbs at birth. Still using them at 4 weeks old with more room to grow. The best fit and absorbency compared to grovia, SmartBottoms, simplex, and Nikki’s

Disappointed, i wanted to love these but mine have little tears in the gusset area and leak. Not sure if I received a bad one or if this has happened to others.

I received two of these diapers as a gift before my son was born, one snap and one hook and loop. At birth, he weighed 8 lb 4 oz. These fit him from birth. These are the most trim fit on him of all of my cloth diapers. I would encourage anyone purchasing these to go for the hook and loop version. It doesn't have a snap down rise for the umbilical cord, but I found it to give a better fit. It also is simpler for people who have only used disposable before. They take a long time to line dry. That being said, I don't have other all-in-ones to compare to. My son is now 5 weeks old and I've recently begun to have leak problems - maybe he is out-peeing the absorbancy? The fit looks good to me still and I've followed care instructions so that is what I've come up with. It's disappointing because I really liked these, and considering they're made using natural fibers, I thought absorbancy would be great. I had hoped to get to use these until we hit 14 lbs... All things considered, I would recommend these if you don't mind only being able to use them for about 5 weeks.

Before Use: Thirsties Natural One Size All In One needs to be washed and dried at least three times before use to rid the fibers of the natural oils. This is done separately from your other diapering products for the first 3 washes. Our hemp-cotton products will be fully primed and at their maximum absorbency after 8 wash cycles.
At every wash cycle:
-Prewash on warm
-Wash on hot
-Add another rinse on warm.
-You may hang prefolds to dry, or dry in the dryer. If the diapers are stiff after line drying, you can throw them in the dryer on medium heat with some wool dryer balls to soften them.
Use enough water to soak and cover the diapering items and allow them to agitate.
