Defects are rare, but they do occasionally occur and we apologize wholeheartedly, if you have received a defective Thirsties product. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to hear of your problem so that we can work together at a resolution so that you can start using your Thirsties item again!

    If a replacement item is deemed necessary, we will send the same color and size of the defective diaper. We will not SIZE-UP. No exceptions!

What to Expect Next:

Once you email us with complete info above, this Return Merchandise Authorization info will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in touch shortly. Defects covered under the warranty will be replaced at no cost to you. We will send you a prepaid label along with the replacements to send your defective item back to us.  We will then repair the defective items and donate to supply needy families with cloth diapers and accessories.
