Defects are rare, but they
do occasionally occur and we apologize wholeheartedly, if you have
received a defective Thirsties product. We stand behind our
products 100% and are happy to hear of your problem so that we can
work together at a resolution so that you can start using your
Thirsties item again!
Your product is under
warranty for possible return for up to 90 days after the original
purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining,
fading,
and potential build-up is
considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for repair or replacement purposes.
Leaks are not considered a defect. We offer detailed
instructions here for troubleshooting and use
that will ensure successful diapering.

Once you email us with complete info above, this Return Merchandise
Authorization info will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in
touch with shortly. Defects covered under the warranty will be
either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If we decide a repair
or replacement is what is needed in your case, we will email you a prepaid
return label in which to mail your defect to us.
